See below a few trouble-shooting tips to make sure you are always in the loop on important news, special promotions and opportunities to contribute feedback and ideas:
- Check the settings on your inbox. Some mobile email applications have different default settings than you are used to on your computer, for example you may have a folder called “other” in your inbox where you receive mass emails.
